Data and purposes
For enquiries, we process your name, email, organisation, selected topic and message to consider and respond to your request. We do not require special categories of data. Enquiries do not automatically subscribe you to marketing lists.
Where you request services personally, processing may be necessary for pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For business correspondence, it is based on the legitimate interest in responding and organising our activities under Article 6(1)(f).
Technical processing and recipients
Hosting and email services process technical data and messages to provide and protect the service. The form limits requests using hashed network information; these rate-limit records are cleared after 24 hours. Authorised staff and necessary providers can access correspondence under applicable contractual terms.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for handling the request and follow-up correspondence. If a contractual relationship follows, relevant contractual and statutory retention periods apply. Retention is assessed against the purpose of the correspondence and applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. Contact dpo@dpa.bg to exercise your rights. The form does not make automated decisions about you.
